Ganoderma, or Reishi, has been used in Asia for hundreds of years. In antiquity it was worth its weight in gold, since it was used exclusively by the emperors and generally the nobles. Over time, it finally came to Greece.
In the vast majority, few people who know about the presence of ganoderma simply know that it is a mushroom that has a great antioxidant effect. Even the most expensive antioxidants on the market, have only a small fraction of the hundreds found in ganoderma.
