What are the Benefits of Oregano?
A large number of university studies show that Oregano is a powerful purifier that offers many benefits to human health. Oregano is a natural substance produced by wild oregano plants, with two main ingredients, Carvacrol and Thymol. Research has shown that both of these components have a significant effect on harmful microorganisms, which cause many diseases in humans. It is important not to confuse the oregano essential oil with the oregano plant, which is used as a seasoning in the kitchen. The seasoning comes from the Origanum Marjoram plant and the Oregano comes from the Origanum vulgare plant.

Safe use:
Oregano oil is an edible essential oil (GRAS) and its dosage is one drop per glass of water, tea, juice, milk, or one drop in a tablespoon of olive oil for easier intake, 2-3 times a day.
For long-term use of the oil, it is recommended to take it alternately with 15-day breaks.
Not recommended during pregnancy and in people taking antihypertensive drugs. Not yet recommended for people with iron deficiency. Do not apply oregano oil on open wounds.
